There’s nothing better than treating yourself to your favorite coffee drink, whether you sip cold brew all year long or like to switch things up with a frozen (and caffeinated) treat. This Keto Iced Coffee Protein Shake delivers a jolt of sustained energy thanks to Bulletproof Original Cold Brew Latte, and it also packs in protein, quality fats and fiber to keep you satisfied all morning long—without all the sugar.

The key to making your shake extra creamy is the cold brew coffee cubes and avocado. For the best consistency, freeze your cold brew and avocado for at least 12 hours. To make cold brew cubes, simply pour coffee in a metal ice cube tray and freeze. To freeze avocado, lightly mash it and add to a BPA-free freezer bag. Remove all the air from the bag and store flat in the freezer, then break off chunks into your blender. Happy blending!
