Keto Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients:
- 1/2 avocado (or 1/4 large avocado), frozen with skin and pit removed
- 4 oz. Bulletproof Original Cold Brew Latte, frozen into cubes
- 1 1/4 cup unsweetened full-fat coconut milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 scoop Bulletproof Vanilla Collagen Protein
- 1/2 Tbsp. Bulletproof Brain Octane C8 MCT Oil
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- 1/4 tsp. Ceylon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice (in addition to cold brew cubes)
- Optional: Cacao nibs and additional cinnamon to garnish, liquid stevia to taste
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend, starting on a low speed and working your way up.
- Garnish, if desired, and serve.
