Chocolate Shake With Collagen Peptides

Start to Finish: 5 minutes

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Collagen Peptides
  • 1 cup frozen steamed cauliflower (steaming before freezing eases digestion)
  • 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • A few dashes of Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1-1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk of choice (such as coconut, almond or cashew)
  • 1-3 tsp Brain Octane MCT Oil

Tip: For a thicker shake, add just enough milk to get your blender going. And if you’re new to MCT oil, start with a smaller serving.

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Enjoy!
