The veggie’s neutral flavor is masked by chocolate goodness, but packs this shake with fiber and essential micronutrients.

Chocolate Shake With Collagen Protein

Start to Finish: 5 minutes


  • 2 scoops Chocolate Collagen Protein
  • 1 cup frozen steamed cauliflower (steaming before freezing eases digestion)
  • 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • A few dashes of Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1-1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk of choice (such as coconut, almond or cashew)
  • 1 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. Brain Octane MCT Oil

Tip: For a thicker shake, add just enough milk to get your blender going. And if you’re new to MCT oil, start with a smaller serving.
