This flavorful, lower-carb Creamy Cauliflower, Collagen and Chicken Soup is so quick and easy. It’s a one-pot dish full of nourishing vegetables, quality fats and bone broth. Plus, it’s easy on the stomach thanks to soothing, gut-friendly bone broth, Collagen Protein and fiber. For a vegetarian option, use vegetable stock and omit the chicken. Enjoy this creamy soup with a slice of toasted Keto Low-Carb Bread topped with a generous spread of grass-fed butter or avocado.
Creamy Cauliflower, Collagen and Chicken Soup

Start to Finish: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower, chopped
- 2 broccoli stems, chopped
- 1 zucchini, peeled and chopped (optional)
- 1.5 cups chicken bone broth
- Roughly 150g leftover pasture-raised, cooked chicken (try two skinless chicken breasts, chopped)
- 2 tbsp. Bulletproof Collagen Protein powder
- 1-2 tbsp. Bulletproof Grass-Fed Ghee or grass-fed butter
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Steam the cauliflower, broccoli and (optional) zucchini in a saucepan until completely tender. Drain away all of the excess water.
- Add the chopped chicken, bone broth, ghee or butter and salt to taste into the same saucepan, along with steamed veggies. Heat on a medium temperature.
- Once the mix is heated through, add it to a high powered blender and blitz until it’s completely smooth.
- Now add the Collagen Protein powder and blend on low until it’s incorporated.
- Pour into two bowls. Top with extra butter or ghee and a sprinkle of salt and fresh herbs. Serve and enjoy!
