  • ½ avocado
  • 3 tbsp Brain Octane MCT oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ? medium cucumber
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Pinch of xylitol or stevia
  • Fresh cilantro, oregano or pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend to create a thick, creamy dressing. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Use immediately, or store in a container in the fridge.
