Sugar-Free Chocolate Coffee Truffles

There’s nothing I love more than coffee and chocolate, so I thought to myself, “Why not combine them?” These keto-friendly, sugar-free truffles are sweet but not too sweet, made with healthy fats to keep you satiated, and best of all, they’re easy to make!
It’s hard to find chocolates in stores that aren’t loaded in refined sugars and things we can’t pronounce. Once you make these keto, sugar-free truffles using very basic and minimal ingredients, you won’t want to go back!
Sugar-Free Chocolate Coffee Truffles
Start to Finish: 1 hour (15 minutes active)
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons of freshly brewed Bulletproof Original Coffee
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 2 teaspoons low-glycemic sugar substitute, or stevia
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together cacao powder and sweetener.
- In another small bowl, combine coffee and oil.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients and whisk together until the consistency is moussey.
- In an ice cube tray, divide the mixture into 5 slots.
- Sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate mixture.
- Place the tray in the freezer for 30-45 minutes, varies on your freezer temperature.
- Once completely solid, pop the truffles out of the tray and enjoy!
- Pro tip: store the truffles in the freezer to prevent melting.
