A refreshing blend of fresh avocado and creamy coconut make this paleo smoothie almost dessert-worthy. It’s made with all-natural ingredients that are full of nourishing fats and Bulletproof Collagen Protein. Make it even more decadent by adding in a scoop of homemade vanilla Bulletproof Ice Cream (optional, but delicious).
Creamy Coconut and Avocado Smoothie

Start to Finish: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 large avocado (or 2 small)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (look for one with no additives)
- 2 scoops Collagen Protein powder
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla powder or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- A small knob of ginger, peeled
- A big handful or two of ice
- 1 cup water
- A few drops of liquid stevia to taste, or your preferred sweetener to taste
- Optional: 1/2 tsp. spirulina powder, ashwagandha or other adaptogenic powders
- Optional: If you’re feeling extra decadent, add in a scoop of Bulletproof Ice Cream in step 1
Instructions:
- Add all of your chosen ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add more sweetener if desired and re-blend.
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
