The base of these keto donuts uses green banana flour — and unlike regular bananas, this form of resistant starch won’t spike your blood sugar. Since resistant starch doesn’t digest in your stomach, it arrives intact in your colon. Then, it feeds the good bacteria in your gut to strengthen it. With the power of green banana flour, these keto donuts are good and good for you.

You can enjoy these keto donuts plain, or dress them up with the coconut icing in the recipe. Serve them with classic Bulletproof Coffee, or a creamy turmeric latte for a warm breakfast without the carb overload.

These moist, cakey chocolate cinnamon keto donuts are packed with gut-loving resistant starch -- and take just 12 minutes to prep.

  • 1 teaspoon paleo-friendly baking powder
