No-Bake Protein Brownie Bites

  • Melt the chocolate bar and ghee in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blitz until combined.
  • Scrape down sides of food processor. Taste mixture, if desired, and re-blend.
  • In your hands, roll a bit of the mixture into a ball—it should roll easily. If too dry, blend in a touch more ghee or a small amount of water until it comes together and is easy to roll.
  • Roll the mixture into 14 balls and coat in extra desiccated dried coconut or (optional) toasted and finely chopped nuts or seeds.
  • Place on plate or in container, and refrigerate until set.
  • Enjoy your fudgy protein brownie bites!
