Gut-Friendly Mango, Orange and Vanilla Slushie

You might call it a slush, slushee, slushie or smoothie, but we call it delicious. Homemade slushies are easy to whip up in a blender, made with real fruit and, best of all, ice cold. All you need is a handful of ingredients to make this healthful slushie. Gut-Friendly Mango, Orange and Vanilla Slushie

Start to Finish: 5 minutes


  • 1 cup water, soda water or probiotic coconut water kefir (no added sugar)
  • 2-3 tsp. Collagen Protein Gut Health
  • 1 frozen mango, chopped
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¼ cup frozen raspberries
  • Optional: a squeeze of lime juice


  1. Add the ingredients into a blender and blitz until well-combined.
  2. Taste the mix and add a squeeze of lime juice and/or 1 teaspoon Gut Boost if desired. Blend again until combined.
  3. Pour or scoop into a glass and enjoy.
