Pumpkin-Spiced Chocolate Slab

If you have serious chocolate cravings right now, then you can’t go wrong with this chocolate slab recipe, which is like a rich chocolate fudge sprinkled with Bulletproof Collagen Protein Bars. Use your favorite Collagen Protein Bar to complement the pumpkin spice flavor, like Vanilla Shortbread or Fudge Brownie (or a mix of both). Pro tip: Store your chocolate slab in the freezer for emergency snack attacks.

Pumpkin-Spiced Chocolate Slab


Start to Finish: 2 hours


  • Collagen Protein Bars, chopped into squares
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup raw, unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup cacao butter (not melted)
  • 2 Tbsp. Grass-Fed Ghee
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • Sweetener of choice to taste


  1. Add the ghee and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until completely melted.
  2. Now add the chocolate powder, vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, salt and sweetener to taste and stir through to combine.  
  3. Line a small-medium sized container with baking paper.
  4. Pour the liquid chocolate into the lined container. Sprinkle the chopped Collagen Protein Bars over the top of the chocolate.
  5. Place in the fridge to set.
  6. When it’s ready, slice chocolate slab into 12 even squares and enjoy.
