If you have serious chocolate cravings right now, then you can’t go wrong with this chocolate slab recipe, which has Pumpkin Spiced Collagen Bars sprinkled throughout it. It not only gives this slab a delicious ‘spiced’ flavor, but texture too. If you don’t have pumpkin collagen bars, feel free to swap it out with your favorite flavored protein bar — chocolate chip, mint chocolate chip, vanilla, or a mix. Trust: All combos are a winner. Store your chocolate slab in the freezer so you’re not tempted to eat it all in one day.

Pumpkin-Spiced Chocolate Slab

Makes 12 squares



  1. Add the ghee and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat on low until completely melted.
  2. Now add the chocolate powder, vanilla, salt and sweetener to taste and stir through to combine.  
  3. Line a small-medium sized container with baking paper.
  4. Pour the liquid chocolate into the lined container. Sprinkle the chopped BP bars over the top of the chocolate.
  5. Place in the fridge to set.
  6. When it’s ready, slice chocolate slab into 12 even squares and enjoy.
