Campfire Keto Coconut Chai

Start to Finish: 5 minutes


  • 12 ounces water
  • 1 bag of chai tea
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk powder
  • 1 teaspoon - 2 tablespoons Brain Octane MCT oil


  1. Turn on burner to high heat.
  2. Add water and coconut milk powder. Bring to boil.
  3. Pour into mug with chai tea bag.
  4. Brew tea to taste, 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Remove tea bag and add Brain Octane MCT oil.
  6. Stir or use milk frother to blend MCT oil. Enjoy!
