But what to do first?

In 2009 I was a mess. I had just finished fitness competition season and was getting back to the life of a regular university athlete. I was battling Celiac disease and dairy intolerance and struggling to maintain my lean physique despite hours of daily training. Then I found Bulletproof! Now I can’t imagine feeling the way I used to! My performance has skyrocketed, and maintaining the look I want takes so much less effort than I ever imagined. Am I lazy? No! I still work harder than most, but I now have the energy and stamina to push when others would scream, “stop.”
