Our absolute favorite is the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew because the creamy spiced cold foam drips into the cold brew creating the most velvety combination of refreshing iced coffee and cream.
We decided to make our own version of this drink using Bulletproof products, making this an even more enticing and deliciously addicting drink.

Key Ingredients for Your Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
One item that you will need to use is a blender. Pumpkin puree must be whipped with heavy cream of half & half for the foam to have a light and airy texture.
If you don’t feel like whipping out the blender and want a fast and easy fix, you can always use a hand frother, although the foam may not be as thick and fluffy, but it will still be delicious.

Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Recipe
This Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew recipe is dangerously delicious, and you may find yourself just spooning it into your mouth (which is certainly okay with us).
The foam is best used over ice coffee or cold brew and can be stored in the fridge for about 5 days. It can also be used as a flavored cream for hot coffee too but may melt and blend in much faster.
If you don’t have the pre-mixed pumpkin pie spice, it can easily be made by combining several different spices you might have in your cupboard. See the formula below.

Ingredients
Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp cloves
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch salt
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
- 1 cup Bulletproof High Achiever Cold Brew
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 scoops Vanilla Collagen Peptides
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Brew as much Bulletproof Cold Brew Coffee as you would like, and pour yourself one serving over a glass of ice
- To a blender, combine all ingredients except for the brewed coffee and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until it becomes thick and airy.
- Add as much of the pumpkin cream cold foam on top of your cold brew as you would like and garnish with a dusting of cinnamon. Enjoy!
