This gingerbread latte recipe brings all the comforting flavors of the holiday season without all that added sugar. In fact, even though it doesn’t contain any gingerbread syrup or brown sugar, it tastes even better than one brewed by a professional barista.

Ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, allspice and cloves provide that signature warmth and depth found in gingerbread cookies. Meanwhile, a shot of coffee and a little Bulletproof French Vanilla Creamer take this strong coffee concoction to another level.

Plus, it takes such little prep time to whip up a homemade gingerbread latte that will soothe your soul on a cold winter’s night. Once your brewed coffee is ready, simply put everything in a small saucepan over medium heat and let your stovetop work its magic.

1 pod Bulletproof Original Coffee Pods

Instructions

Brew the coffee pod.
Add all ingredients into a sauce pan and heat over medium heat until the milk is nice and hot.
Pour into a blender and blitz for 20-30 seconds until frothy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy this holiday-inspired, keto-friendly latte!
