Everyone's biology is different and our uniqueness makes us awesome, this also makes a one-size fits all recommendations for our products difficult and we are not able to provide guidance for the pediatric use of our products.

What is Cholesterol?

Thanks for asking! Unlike the majority of companies who choose a starch like GMO corn-derived maltodextrin or a milk-based medium (which are at risk of mold and allergen contamination during processing and can contain enough digestible starch or sugar to keep you from entering ketosis), we use non-GMO, highly-branched cyclic maltodextrin in our flavored Collagen Proteins.

Highly-branched cyclic dextrin is superior because it’s free of milk allergens, its high molecular weight lets it pass through your stomach very quickly, and its branched structure keeps it from causing a glucose spike. That means you can stay in ketosis despite highly-branched cyclic dextrin’s carb content.

Orders

Due to the speed of processing we are unable cancel or amend an order in any way once submitted.

Store Credit is located underneath the discount code field during the final page of checkout. If you are using a mobile device please select “Show order summary” first and the Store Credit field will appear.

Note: Store credit cannot be applied to Subscription or Wholesale orders.

Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is most important to us. Product purchased from Bulletproof.com is eligible for return within the first 30 days of receipt. To process a return we require authorization, please contact Care@Bulletproof.com with your order details before sending any return.

If you need help with a Bulletproof experience outside of an order placed on Bulletproof.com, please contact Care.

If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically.

Shipping

Deliveries are commonly left at the front door, but are sometimes delivered to a mailbox, or another location at your address, based on the delivery driver's discretion at the time of delivery. Your tracking information may have further information about where specifically your package was left. If you're still not able to locate your shipment, please contact Care@Bulletproof.com for help.

Subscriptions

First, login to your Bulletproof.com account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Once in the dashboard, locate the subscription product you wish to cancel. Click 'More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Cancel'.

A pop-up will appear confirming your choice to cancel. Select 'Confirm' and a success message will shortly appear letting you know the subscription has been cancelled.

First login to your Bulletproof.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Locate the subscription product(s) you wish to update and select 'More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Edit Frequency'.

A calendar will pop-up where you can edit delivery date and frequency. After changes are made, select 'Confirm.'

As a subscriber you'll receive 10% off any one time add ons. To add a product to your upcoming order and save 10% login to your Bulletproof.com account and navigate to the desired product page.

On the product page, select the 'Add to next order and save' button.

A pop-up will be presented where you can confirm 'Get One-Time' and save 10%. Once your selection is made, confirm with 'Add to order' button.

You can now pause your subscription and reactivate at any time. Pausing means you’ll still have access to all of your subscription perks.

Simply login to your Bulletproof.com account and select 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Locate the subscription you wish to pause and select 'More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Pause'.

A confirmation box will appear, select ‘Pause’ to proceed with pausing your subscription.

To unpause at any time, repeat these steps to select 'Unpause'.

Yes! You can easily adjust your product selection at any time.

To edit your subscription products you'll first need to login to your Bulletproof.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' From there, you will be taken to your subscription dashboard.

Locate the subscription product(s) you wish to update and select 'Edit Products'.

A pop-up will appear allowing you to edit the quantity or remove your existing product. To add a new product click "Add Product(s) to Subscription" and search for the product you would like to add.

Once located, select the product you would like to add. You'll then be asked to confirm if you would like to add the product as a "One Time" item or "Subscribe & Save". Confirm your selection by clicking "Add Product".

All international subscription orders are subject to standard shipping rates.

International subscription shipping rates will be calculated at the time of order placement and will vary based on total order weight/final destination to provide the lowest currently available shipping rate.

International subscription orders ship via UPS WorldWide Expedited and Frontier in Canada.

Yes, we now offer the ability to merge your subscriptions into one combined shipment.

To merge 2 or more of your subscriptions you’ll first need to login to your Bulletproof.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.'

Locate the subscription with the order frequency and order date you wish to retain and select ‘More' located to the far right of the options at the bottom of your subscription listing. Select 'Merge subscription’.

From here you’ll be presented with a pop up showcasing each of your subscriptions eligible for merging. Use the checkbox to select the subscription(s) you wish to merge into your existing subscription. This will cancel the subscriptions you select and move all products into the originally selected subscription.

Confirm your selection by clicking “MERGE” in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up.

First login to your Bulletproof.com account and navigate to 'My Subscriptions.' Find the subscription that you are updating the payment method for, then alongside the Billing section, click 'Edit'.

A pop-up will appear requesting to send a secure link via email to update your credit card. Simply click 'Confirm', then once received follow email instructions.

The most common error response is due to having an ineligible item in your shopping cart. Current shopping cart rules will prevent a coupon from being applied if an ineligible item (listed above) is present in the cart.

To resolve the error and use your coupon code, remove the ineligible item(s) from your cart and try again.

If this does not apply to your cart and you are still receiving an error message, please email a screenshot of the error and the items in your cart to Care@Bulletproof.com.

Once your order is completed in checkout, it is put into the fulfillment queue almost immediately. Due to this short turnaround we are unable to amend an order in anyway once placed.

Rewards

Your points will come through once you have received a shipping notification on your order. If you have received a shipping notification and your points haven’t come through, then please contact Care@Bulletproof.com.

It’s easy! Simply create an account on Bulletproof.com and you will automatically be enrolled into the program. Already have a Bulletproof.com account? You are automatically enrolled into this program and started receiving points on your purchases as of October 3, 2022.

All our customers are welcome to join! However, wholesale customers are not eligible to join the rewards program.

When you are logged into your account, you can redeem your points at checkout when you create a cart with non-discounted items. Simply add the products to your cart and choose how many points you want to apply on the check out page. For every 100 points earned, you will earn $5 off your purchase! The points slider (as seen in the screenshot below) will appear on your check out page.

You can view your points on the top of this page when you are logged into your Bulletproof.com account. You can also view your points on your accounts page under “Rewards.”

It’s simple, on our Referral Home Page. Simply enter your friend’s email or copy your referral link to start sharing your exclusive discount. They will get $15 off their first purchase of $50 or more, and you will earn $15 in points once they have made their purchase.

We track reviews and credit points via our automatic review request email. (subject line: “Willing to share your feedback about {product name}”). This email is sent out 14 days after your order has been placed, and requests are only sent if it is your first time purchasing the item. Reviews left on site, though greatly appreciated, cannot be credited with points.

If you created the account during the month of your birthday, you will receive your birthday reward 30 days after the account creation and it will come to your email inbox.

Yes! It’s 100% free to join.

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. This means if you don’t earn or spend points for 12 months, your points will expire, and your point balance will return to 0.

When you return an item, you lose the associated points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

No, you cannot use your points on any subscription orders as those are already discounted products. The good news is that you can still earn points on all your subscription purchases.

No, you cannot use points on already discounted products, bundles, kits, tech, bulk items and subscriptions. Standard exclusions apply.

You will receive your 300 points once your referred friend’s order has shipped. They will receive a shipping confirmation email and you will receive an email confirming that the referral was complete. You will also be able to see the reward in your reward history.

If the order subtotal after you apply your points falls under $49, then you are subject to shipping fees. You can still receive free shipping if your order subtotal after points is $49+.
