Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Free Ground Shipping on Retail Orders Over $49 in the US - all summer long!!
  • Orders placed after 10AM PST will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders placed after 10am PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
  • We do not process, ship or deliver orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

Please Note:

  • Our fulfillment center will be closed intermittently between January 25th – February 1st for general system maintenance.
  • Express and Expedited shipping will not be available prior to scheduled fulfillment center closures.
  • Orders placed after 10am PST on January 25th will ship standard ground on February 1st.
  • You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
  • Please allow approximately 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures) for tracking information to update.

Cancellations and Changes:

  • Our fulfillment warehouse operates with extreme efficiency, and processes orders 15-minutes after they are placed.
  • Once your order is placed you will have a 15 minute window to cancel or change your order.
    • Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@bulletproof.com for manual assistance processing the following requests:
      • Cancelling orders outside the 15-minute cancellation period.
      • Cancelling PayPal and store credit purchases as these are debited immediately.

Subscription Order Shipping:

  • Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is not currently available.
  • Each individual subscription is sent to our fulfillment warehouse as a unique fulfillment request and cannot be combined with other orders. If you would like to combine or make changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your bulletproof.com account, cancel your existing subscription orders and set-up a new subscription that contains all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.

Wholesale Shipping:

  • Wholesale accounts are not eligible for free shipping on orders over $49. If you have a wholesale account, please see your shipping prices at checkout.

Dropship Item Shipping:

  • Zona Plus, Whole Body Vibration Plate ("Vibe"), NeurOptimal Personal Trainer Bundle are only available for shipping within the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). They are not available for International shipping and/or 1 and 2 business day shipping options.

International Shipping:

  • Our International shipping partner, DHL does not accept P.O. Box delivery addresses.
  • For international orders (including Canada) there may be COD charges based on destination country.
  • International shipping rates do not apply to items being shipped to Territories within the continental United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Same US shipping rates apply, please allow additional time for standard orders to ship.

International Shipping Policy

  • Bulletproof partners with DHL to provide our valued international customers (outside the United States and Canada) DHL shipping.
  • Contact us: When you place an international order, your order will be shipped by DHL, but the Bulletproof Customer Support Team is happy to handle your customer service needs. Please contact us at any time at support@bulletproof.com.
  • International Shipping Rates:
    • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout
    • Packages will be delivered in 3 - 12 business days, delivery by the end of the 12th business day (Monday – Friday)
    • Weekend delivery is not available

International Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International shipping rates cover shipping charges only. Please note that duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout. Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery. These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

International P.O. Box Shipping:

  • DHL cannot ship to international P.O. Box Addresses. All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.
  • International Shipping Rates:
    • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout
    • Packages will be delivered in 7 - 20 business days, delivery by the end of the 20th business day (Monday – Friday)
    • Weekend delivery is not available

International P.O. Box Shipping Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Additional Considerations:

  • Customs: customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
    • Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
