Rainbow Smoothie Recipe

Start to Finish: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

Red layer

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

Orange layer

Yellow layer

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

Green layer

Blue layer

  • 1 1/2 cups full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. blue spirulina

Purple layer

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup full-fat Greek yogurt

*Add 2 scoops of Unflavored Collagen Protein to any layer, or distribute evenly between all layers

Instructions:

  1. Blend the ingredients for each layer thoroughly. Make sure to clean your blender in between rounds.
  2. In reverse-rainbow order, pour half the contents of each layer into a clear glass (begin with purple; end with red).
  3. Garnish with handful of fresh herbs and berries.
  4. Add a reusable straw and sip your rainbow smoothie to your heart's content!

Makes: 6 Glasses
