Dairy-Free Keto Lemon Fat Bombs

Start to Finish: 60 minutes (10 minutes active)


  • 3/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream (the thick part from a can of coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon non-GMO erythritol or birch xylitol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend to combine.
  2. Line a plate or dish with parchment. Scoop the fat bomb mixture out onto the parchment. Freeze for 30 minutes, or until firm enough to handle without melting.
  3. Remove the mixture from the freezer, roll into balls, and chill again in the freezer until set.
  4. Enjoy immediately or store covered in the fridge or freezer (freezer storage may require thawing time).
