Keto popsicles recipe and content provided by

It’s easy to make your own keto popsicles at home so you get to control how much fat you want to include. For these Raspberry Lemon Keto Popsicles, you’re not only getting flavor, but also a big dose of healthy fats (about 11g per popsicle) from the FATwater, coconut cream and additional Brain Octane Oil. The net carbs are very low at about 1g per popsicle, making this recipe a win/win for delicious taste that fits in your macros.

Raspberries are a naturally low-sugar fruit and will look beautiful on your Fourth of July tablescape. Feel free to substitute with strawberries and keep the red theme, or blueberries for a blue theme–both go well with lemon. These keto popsicles are healthy, delicious and easy enough to make that you can prepare them as a fun summer children’s activity.

This recipe fills six 4-ounce popsicle molds. If you don’t have molds for your keto popsicles, you can use small disposable paper cups and sticks. Just freeze partially, then add your sticks so they stay upright.
