Cauliflower Berry Smoothie

Start to Finish: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower, pre-cooked and frozen
  • 1/2 cup organic raspberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 scoop Whey Protein
  • 1 scoop Collagen Protein
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla powder, or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoons Brain Octane Oil
  • 1/2 cup full-fat, canned coconut milk (BPA-free)
  • 1/2 cup water (add more for a liquid consistency)
  • Optional: 2-3 drops liquid stevia, or more to taste
  • Optional garnishes: blueberries and raspberries, desiccated coconut

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except collagen to blender, saving the water for last.
  2. Blend for a minute and 30 seconds, stopping once to scrape the sides of your blender if needed.
  3. Add collagen and blend on the lowest speed until incorporated to avoid damaging delicate proteins.
  4. Serve in a wide bowl or a glass mug, topping with garnishes if desired.
