Couriers will frequently stash or leave the shipment with a present party (Such as a property office) to prevent theft. We encourage looking around for the order and if still not located please contact Care for assistance.

Why isn't my discount/coupon code working?
Our coupons are designed for one-time use, and exclude the following products unless otherwise noted;
- Existing discounts
- Newly released products
- Subscription orders

How do I use my store credit?
Store Credit is located underneath the discount code field during the final page of checkout. If you are using a mobile device please select “Show order summary” first and the Store Credit field will appear.
Note: Store credit cannot be applied to Subscription or Wholesale orders.

What is your return policy?
Product purchased from Bulletproof.com is eligible for return within the first 30 days of receipt. To process a return we require authorization, please contact Care with your order details before sending any return.
- If you send a return without authorization, we will not know of the return and no action will be processed automatically.
Can I return an online purchase to your Bulletproof Café?
Our Cafés only handle returns for purchases made at their locations. Please contact Care and we’ll be happy to assist.
