The Deployment Manager. On the Net in minutes

The Deployment Manager is the quickest way to get your finished application screens up to users. In a few steps your authorized user have access to the module you created, live to the remote database. You need to know nothing about how to deploy a web application, just let JDesignerPro do the work.

1. We've just finished a module called "Sales2", the Master-Detail form and we do a Final Build. JDesignerPro compiles it, then sends us to the Deployment Manager.

2. In the Deployment Manager we can create the HTML to launch the Java application, add this module as a menu in a larger system, put the app on a remote server and even maintain user access control.

3. Creating the base HTML page to launch your application is done with only a few settings. The Applet tags and other parameters are created automatically.

4. We can set the Sales2 screen to be viewed only by certain groups of users by setting the authorization codes that allow access to this screen:

This access control system is an integral part of JDesignerPro deployment. A login screen appears before any applications are delivered:

Before authorization is assigned, this person does not see the Sales2 menu:

After authorization is assigned, the Sales2 menu appears after login:

Managing application delivery is that easy with JDesignerPro!
