 Development Support Contract The Development Support Contract has become a very popular service among JDesignerPro customers. It's like having your own JDesignerPro/Java expert at your fingertips to help you get the job done. We highly recommend at least 2 hours of support with each purchase of the JDesignerPro standard system. The Development Support Contract entitles you to phone support with a qualified engineer. The BulletProof engineer can give support help, technical tips and even develop applications for you. The minimum contract is for 2 hours at $200 per hour. Calls are based on the actual minutes used, not "per incident", with a five minute minimum. To obtain a support contract, please fill out the order form. Choose "Two Hours of Phone Support" from the Product List. To obtain more than two hours, select the number of units. Phone support is sold only in increments of two hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of your support contact and his or her phone number and email address. Email support provided by your support contact is provided at no charge providing that you have a current support contract with minutes remaining. |
