 Layout Manager A visual and completely WYSIWYG design system for GUI development. It uses the layout methods inherent to Java to provide truly multi-platform compatible applications. The Layout Manager also has the Layout View, multi-tiered tree for displaying the location and relationship of the components on the form along with a Properties sheet to allow quick adjustment of any component or bean that your application includes. When building your application you drag the required objects from the Object Tree and drop them on the appropriate panel in the Layout View.
The objects appear in the Layout View as shown here. JDesignerPro uses the layout managers inherent to Java to ensure that your application screens will look great on any platform and any size screen. We have also added a few of our own layout managers specifically designed for laying out database information.
The properties for that object may then be adjusted by clicking on the Properties tab.
